Abyssinia
In this five card stud high-low variant players commence with no cards and buy known or unknown cards to their
hand.

The players place their ante plus the dealer turns up two playing cards and places them one each side in the
face down deck. Starting while using player to dealer's left, each player in turn might choose to buy either
one of the eye up cards or the unknown top card in the face down deck. The price is determined by the ran of
the card - by way of example 2-5: 2 units, 6-K: 1 model, ace: 4 units. If a card is bought through the deck it
is dealt face up to ensure its price can be paid for. After a face up minute card is bought, the top card of
the deck is turned deal with replace it.
After everyone has bought their first card you will find there's round of betting, begun with the player to
dealer's left. The task is repeated four more periods, so that each player who may have not folded has five
playing cards. The highest and lowest arms split the pot.
This game may be played with all players' arms face up throughout, since in theory everyone knows what cards
anyone has. Alternatively the players can pick-up the cards as they purchase for them and hold them as a new
concealed hand. In this case the fifth round of getting cards could be followed by the final betting round and
report of high, low or the two, though if the players have perfect memories they may already know who has
gained.
